Maintenance Packages

What are maintenance packages?

We know how important it is to keep your website up-to-date with new and fresh content for your visitors. That is why Confidtech offer site maintenance rates and packages to help our client's save money on their website support.

We have variety of website maintenance plans at prices that will stay within your budget. With these plans, you are just one phone call or e-mail message away from getting fast, personalized, professional service. It doesn't matter who designed your site or where it's hosted, we can still perform website maintenance and management for you remotely using FTP (file transfer protocol) which basically allows us to access your Website through the hosting service to make updates.

If you would like us to keep your site up to date, we offer several maintenance plans ranging from our basic website maintenance plan which includes two updates per month up to our unlimited website maintenance package. Any of the following items can be considered as website maintenance, keep in mind that the list is infinite as requests are tailored to each individual site.

These are some of the common requests by existing site owners:


  • 2 Updates per Month - $19.95 per Month*
    Includes two small text changes, image changes and/or code reorganization; along with 2 support phone calls per month.
  • 5 Updates per Month - $39.95 per Month*
    Includes five small text changes, image changes and/or code reorganization; along with 2 support phone calls per month.
  • Unlimited Updates per Month - $69.95 per Month*
    Includes unlimited small changes, image changes and/or code reorganization; along with 2 support phone calls per month.
  • Pre-Paid Maintenance
    For sites that don't require regular monthly maintenance, we offer a pre-paid system that works like a pre-paid calling card. You purchase a block of maintenance time (usually five to ten hours) at a reduced price. The time is used as needed when maintenance tasks arise.
  • Custom Maintenance Plans are Available.
    Please contact us to discuss your website's maintenance needs. Based on what you would like for your site we will develop a fully custom maintenance plan.
